Communicating with a variety of clients every day and providing remarkable customer service

Assisting with client requests and advising clients regarding their options

Identifying sales opportunities and scheduling appointments for the sales team

Qualifications and Skills

Customer service or sales background

Warm, friendly demeanor providing remarkable customer service

Enthusiastic, can-do attitude

Well organized, resourceful and highly detailed

Excellent communication skills on the phone, via email and face to face

Taking on additional higher level tasks as new skills and knowledge are acquired

Pitching in as necessary in a small team environment

Able to manage many small tasks without dropping the ball

Previous work or educational experiences that demonstrate these abilities
