As the Legal Executive Assistant, you will provide executive-level support to senior Legal team leaders and will partner with other professionals across the enterprise to achieve strategic and business targets. What you’ll do on a typical day:
Manage and update the calendar for a team of executives
Work on sensitive compliance and legal projects with attorneys, paralegals and other professionals; support the process for engaging outside counsel and other legal service providers
Coordinate meetings and events, including arranging technical support, catering, materials and other logistics
Transcribe, draft and review meeting notes, ensuring accurate documentation of all relevant information
Review and edit legal documents for content and grammar; create high-level presentations, communications and documents
Plan and arrange domestic and international travel itineraries; manage expense reports

What you need to succeed at XPO:
At a minimum, you’ll need:
2 years of experience in an administrative or executive support role
Typing speed of at least 70 wpm (typing test will be required to verify)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office

It'd be great if you also have:
2 years of experience in a legal administrative or legal assistant role
Strong attention to detail, meticulous grammar and tons of creativity
Ability to maintain confidential materials and information
Solid ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
A "no job is too big or too small" attitude
