The Marketing Strategy Manager will leverage consumer insights to lead the development of business strategies and overall integrated communications plans for assigned campaigns/programs for the Disneyland Resort. Be responsible for leading team(s) to innovate marketing plans and deliver established business goals (Revenue, CTI, VPG, attendance and/or occupancy) within agreed upon project budget. Manage a high volume of programs, lead cross functional teams, exhibit strong project management skills and will balance analytical capability with creative and business savvy to deliver results.
MBA from top tier business school Preferred Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or Equivalent Multilingual Previous work experience in Marketing Strategy, Consumer Packaged Goods, Advertising Account Manager, Business/Program Manager 5-7 years related experience Demonstrated ability to look at the big picture from a consumer perspective Strong oral and written communication and writing skills Proven leadership abilities in building and motivating high performance teams, both direct reports and peer level Experience directing creative development and exhibit sound creative judgment Demonstrated ability to think strategically and drive ideas into action Demonstrated strong computer proficiency including: Microsoft Office and Mac Keynote Develop and implement breakthrough marketing strategies and brand initiatives to building awareness, enhance the brand, strengthen perception and drive incremental business Analyze and interpret data to determine marketing program performance and identify opportunities to grow revenue and operating income Analyze and consolidate learnings to provide comprehensive view on performance, outlook and go-forward plan Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses Act as a liaison with cross functional and resort operations partners, providing leadership on marketing and brand strategy Lead cross-discipline teams to develop and implement integrated marketing plans Responsible for a wide range of focus areas, from market research and analysis to broadcast, promotions and creative development Support the development of both short-term and long-term projects Develop communications and presentation materials Manage project plans and budgets 583991
