Job Summary

Proactive Risk Solutions is looking for Enrollment Specialists to join our team to deliver service and support to our rapid growing base of clients. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting employees during their enrollment period to assist with questions, explain how the program works, and guide them through the completion of the Health Risk Assessment and ultimate enrollment in the program. Primary Job Duties

  • Handle 100 + outbound and inbound customer inquiries via phone, email and chat daily
  • Conduct outbound employee enrollment calls
  • Educate employees on our Proactive Health Management program options, benefits and pricing
  • Assist employees with the completion of PRS’s Health Risk Assessment
  • Work with client relations as necessary to support new client onboarding
  • Participate in departmental projects as required

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Candidate must be energetic, accountable and enthusiastic
  • Must have the ability to evaluate and troubleshoot client issues
  • Possess strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be organized and have strong follow-up and follow-through
  • Most possess strong customer orientation and focus
  • Have ability to adapt to changing situations
  • Ability to learn quickly, think creatively and adjust as needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of customer service experience in a face-to-face or call center environment
  • Previous insurance experience; Life and Health preferred
  • Life & Health Producers Insurance License preferred; but not required for hire
  • Experience with lite cross selling of complimentary products
  • Knowledge and understand of MS Word and Excel
  • Recent college graduate a plus
