Majux is currently looking for a Business Development & Sales Associate. The ideal candidate is data-driven, has excellent organizational skills, is able to self-prioritize tasks, & has a demonstrated success of driving growth. Day-to-day duties would include working closely with the rest of our team in sales & strategy campaigns.
Generate leads & efficiently stay in contact with current prospects
Coordinate & support new business pitches
Identify areas for expansion & development
Identify & build project strategies tailored to a prospective client’s goals
Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships
Develop a strategy process for internal promotion, visibility, & service positioning
Oversee creative & effective marketing initiatives
Develop & support client retention processes
Stay informed & up-to-date with industry trends
BA or BS from a four-year college or university
3+ years experience in sales, business development, and/or digital marketing
Agency experience a plus
Outstanding sales skills
Experience with legal marketing preferred but not required
Must be comfortable working in an open-space, creative environment
Compensation will be commensurate with experience. The position offers base salary plus competitive life-long commissions as well as benefits.
