Credit Saint is currently looking for CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS to join our team and continue to bring hope to our clients. We are a client focused environment, emboldened by the desire to help change lives. By educating and assisting each client on their individual credit needs, our reps are able to do so each and every day.

Responsibilities:

- Perform follow up calls with our current clients to make sure they are following our program and sending the necessary documentation.

-Perform calls to clients who are past due on payment, and help them get back on track.

-Data Entry- maintaining client account pages and uploading documents.

All shifts available, mornings, evenings, weekends.

Credit is an important and often sensitive topic and at Credit Saint, we pride ourselves on our exceptional customer service. We employ individuals with exceptional communiUpdatecation skills- those that can multi-task and handle complex client calls while maintaining a high degree of professionalism. There is no credit repair experience required for this position, as we offer extensive training.

Additional requirements;

  • Associates degree preferred but not required.
  • Proficient computer and typing skills-you have to type at least 35 wpm
  • Experience working in a high client contact environment preferred
