The Region Leader is responsible for leading multiple districts (8-12 districts, with 25 – 30 locations per district) to achieve planned sales and revenue. As a Region Leader you are passionate about leading and developing a high performing team and can easily lead through and adapt to change; eager to inspire your team through shared vision, clear goals and expectations.This position will lead District Managers to achieve COMP and New Store Sales through consistent operational excellence, discipline, and a committed team who executes flawlessly and are obsessive about taxes, our products, people and our clients.This role is responsible for managing the regional P&L, recruiting, staffing, scheduling, store set-up , store operations and implementing marketing initiatives.

Perform store visits with the Divisional Vice President and District Managers to evaluate and identify business opportunities to improve
sales growth, and client experience.
Manage budgeting, forecasting and the P&L.Accountable for achieving monthly, quarterly and annual financial targets and cash control in the assigned regional area.
Strategically reacts to and analyzes key performance metrics through root cause analysis to maximize productivity; presents facts clearly and has a teachable point of view.
Maximize revenue and profitability for each retail store within assigned regional territory.
Takes personal accountability for delivering results.
Establishes and facilitates career paths for each manager through individual development planning and performance coaching.
Practices situational leadership to maximize employee climate and results.
Promote an outstanding client experience within each district and retail store within assigned territory.
Oversee and make recommendations for incentive programs that motivate the District and retail teams to achieve monthly sales
targets; Collaborate on sales promotion activities to maximize revenue.
Monitor store profitability, manage payroll and expense budgets, and work collaboratively with leadership to develop long range goals and objectives.
Facilitate and execute new store openings, relocations and /or closing of existing locations.
Work to resolve issues that affect the stores service, efficiency, and productivity.
Monitor client, market and competitor activity and provide feedback to company leadership team and other company work groups.
Conduct regular store audits and track trends to ensure action plans and control procedures are in place and observed.
Follow all company safety standards and practices, accident reporting procedures, and applicable OSHA regulations.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Retail, Management or related field, or equivalent work experience required.
- Leadership is essential to be effective in this role, you must be an active listener that inspires trust and respect of direct reports; proven experience and comfort with leading through and adapting to change.
Top candidates for this position will have a minimum of 5 years multi-unit retail management experience managing a retail store providing a high level of client service, performing multiple tasks in a fast paced environment, and consistently meeting sales goals.
Must be able to hold an Electronic Filing Identification Number (EFIN).
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite:
