The Desktop Support Technician will:

  • Perform remote analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of desktop and end-user technology issues
  • Ensure Customer Satisfaction and Strong customer service focus with excellent communication skills and a pro-active attitude
  • Stay current with industry and technology news, trends and best practices
  • Spot recurring technical issues and deploy solutions to address the root of the problems
  • Deliver IT support for operating systems, productivity sofware, and a variety of other applications used internally
  • Respond and follow up on technical help tickets submitted via phone, email, and chat
  • Independently investigate and implement solutions to technical issues

Skills:

  • Must have a minimum of 2 years experience in IT
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline, or equivalent work in an IT related field
  • Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Team player
  • Passionate about, and dedicated to, the client experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Outstanding attention to detail
  • Strong documentation skills
  • Financial experience a plus
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Active Directory
  • Firm grasp of basic networking concepts
