Building Blocks Behavior Interventions provides Behavior Therapy to children, and adolescents with developmental disabilities in the Central Florida area. At Building Blocks, we believe that every child has the ability to reach his or her optimal level of ability. Building Blocks will only use up-to- date behavior interventions that are supported by scientific research in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis.
Job Overview
Behavior Analyst:
Assess clients using functional behavior assessment, ABLLS/VB map, and other social skills assessments. Develop, implement , and continuously update behavior intervention plans, graphs and supporting protocols. Create interventions based off of scientifically approved research based on applied behavior analysis. Conduct parent and staff training. Supervise behavior assistant if applicable. Analyst should possess strong communication skills, professional and ethical conduct, and be willing to travel.

What is Required:
- Active BCBA certification
- Reliable means of transportation with proof of car insurance
- Pass a criminal background check
- Active liability insurance
- Meet all qualified training and application requirements
