Job Summary:
The Intern HR Cultural Events Coordinator (Contract) will assist and coordinate activities in the area of employee experience, to include Inclusion & Diversity, Responsibility & Sustainability, Rewards & Recognition, as well as local logistic support for the Airbus Leadership University.

Primary Responsibilities:
Coordinate meetings
Record minutes of meetings
Follow-up on actions and project assistance to drumbeat actions
Gather data to develop calendar for Q4 and 2019 for all activities
Work with Facilities and Communications in event coordination.

Qualified Experience/Skills/Training:
Requires: Self-motivated, proactive, supportive approach
2-3 years of experience in HR or event coordination and administration preferred
Must be enrolled in undergraduate studies currently.
Intermediate or Advanced level skills in MSOffice Suite.
