We are looking for a Center Sales Associate with a California Certified Notary Public License to join our team at the Livermore UPS Store retail location. He or she will be required to execute business operations, open and close the center, monitor cost control and expenses, and ensure the center’s team delivers world-class customer service to all customers

The ideal candidate must have:
- Califionia Notary Public License
- High school diploma or GED (college coursework or a degree preferred)
- One year of retail store operations experience
- Physical ability to perform this job (lifting, bending, etc.)
- Excellent listening skills
- Excellent leadership, time-management, and communication skills
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success
- Outstanding phone skills
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Notary Services
- Live Scan and Finger Printing
- Shipping/Mailing - Processing shipments for customers
- Package/Mail Sorting - Sorting incoming deliveries for pickup
- Packing - Providing packing service for customers
- Passport Photos -Taking photos for passport pictures
- Printing, Scanning, Faxing - Providing print services to customers
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1-3 years of sales experience in retail
