Job Title: Family Office Director of Properties
Location: Israel; Travel to U.S. and Caribbean

Overview:
The Family Office Director of Properties will oversee a diverse portfolio of residential, business, and other properties across Israel, the United States, Caribbean, and other locations globally. Reporting directly to the Principal and Owner of the Family Office, the Director of Properties is responsible for managing all real estate assets and investments, estate staff, and construction projects, acting as the Owner’s Representative.
Core Responsibilities:
- Maintain responsibility for operation and upkeep of all properties and management of staff
- Oversee new and ongoing construction and renovation projects
- Develop and enforce property management protocols and standards
- Hire and supervise estate staff, including managers, housekeepers, drivers, etc.
- Create and coordinate all staff schedules, tasks, manuals, and service levels
- Handle negotiations, contracts, and on-site supervision of vendors and contractors
- Support the Family Office by completing all property-related tasks, including real estate investment management
- Proactively take action to achieve the Principal’s and Family Office’s goals
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in managing high-end estates and/or luxury hotels, as well as construction and renovation projects
- Familiarity with smart home technologies (Crestron, Lutron, Savant etc.), security systems, construction management tools (PlanGrid, etc.), and estate management software
- Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to build and manage a small, efficient team
The position is based in Israel and requires Israeli citizenship, permanent residency, or a work visa. The ability to travel globally is also required.

Pay: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
