BA/BS degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of program management experience leading software development projects involving multiple teams/stakeholders.
Experience working in a startup environment.
Experience launching Android and iOS applications and large scale backend services.
Experience as a practicing engineer and/or software engineer utilizing scripting languages.
Proven ability to scale and navigate large, distributed organizations.
Strong written/verbal communication and organizational skills.

As a Program Manager on the YouTube Main App team, you lead a variety of lead complex, engineering projects.
