JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
o Supervise, manage, coach, and train HVAC service technicians.
o Manage workload, overtime, and overall demand on labor resource planning.
o Work with sales teams on sales and rental equipment.
o Review projects, define the equipment and service scope with customer and sales department.
o Monitor cost and overall profitability of projects.
o Work with procurement to prepare equipment PO’s, installation and parts lists, and vendor required items as well as to coordinate shipment and installation to customer site
o Supervise mechanical and electrical installation, monitor and enforce scope as well as manage customer expectations.
o Supervise start-up & commissioning of the equipment.
o Obtain inspection sign-off, customer sign-off, and monitor final invoicing preparation.
NOTE: This role consists of being on the field about 90% of the time/10% in office as needed.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
o Minimum of 5-7 years of field supervisory experience
o Must have strong technical ability and background in HVAC equipment
o Individual should be able to interact and develop relationships with the sales department, customers, and management.
o Proficient use of MS Office products, especially Word and Excel
o Must be able to pass a drug test, background and MVR check
o Dynamic and passionate with a strong teamwork mentality

o Must be able to lift/move up to 50 pounds frequently.
o Frequently performs tasks requiring climbing, bending at the waist, crawling, kneeling, crouching.
o Must be able to work at heights, climb ladders and stairways, and occasionally work on platforms/scaffolding (using the appropriate fall protection requirements)
o Must be able to adhere to long periods of standing, walking, or sitting.
o Ability to hear, understand and distinguish speech and/or other sounds to operate phones or other equipment safely.
o With natural or corrected vision, able to see and focus for close, distance, peripheral vision with normal depth perception.
o Must be able to use arms and hands to reach overhead, signal, grab, hold, lift, turn, push and pull objects and tools.
