SPMD Program Manage Supply Chain, Sr. Advisor

Is responsible for governing day to day operations for our Spare Parts Master Database including Auto Part Select. This database is the repository for all Service parts which supports our internal & external customers. This individual is responsible for insuring business processes are enabled for our Service organization to support Global Service Engineering, Global Service Planning, Tech Support and other organizations which support customers through replacement part dispatches. The specifics of support are as follows:

Responsible for new platform quality launch control in SPMD & APS
Focus and improve the overall ecosystem of processes to drive further improvements in automation and accuracy within the database
Address escalations on data accuracy within the tool for internal and external customers
Improve Agile to SPMD integration & part attribute integrity
Enhance issue submission through feedback process & improve on resolution management
Expand & enhance SPMD reporting for the business to trend data & drive improvements in key performance indicators
Improve data integrity through elimination of human error from manual and redundant data input processes
Improve intake process for functional descriptions, picture upload, & part attributes
Maintain and manage data cleanup efforts in SPMD which also increase Auto Part Select availability & coverage so the correct parts are returned for customer dispatches
Work towards cost avoidance projects which enable the right part to ship and prevents repeat dispatches
Oversee Also Ship logic and creation of consumable service kit’s which reduce the amount of parts needed to support the network
Define and document work flows for training and auditing purposes
Provides updates in weekly Interlocks with cross functional teams and reports on SPMD & APS readiness for parts & platforms being released into the network
Resolves and communicates back upstream on discrepancies found within the product hierarchy being released at NPI and Sustaining Block Releases
Provides deep subject matter expertise, advice and program delivery, also contributes to the development of new data input techniques for SPMD
Works with partners in GSE to improve unique part list communication flows appropriately for part setup and customer support at time of launch
Manage and develop bench strength in defective component and sub defective component logic in APS to increase accuracy in availability and coverage
Work with our 3rd party partner Entercoms and provide guidance on work streams to increase data accuracy overall
Develop new and manage existing processes around the common parts intake into SPMD which enables accuracy

Qualifications:
Minimum Education Requirement: Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Finance, or related field of study
Minimum Experience Requirement: 5 years of experience in Supply Chain & Program Management
Alternate Occupation(s) Acceptable: Will accept 10+ years of experience in Supply Chain & Program Management
Knowledgeable in SQL, Python or Robotic Process Automation is preferred but not required.
