This clinical pharmacist position is being added to the Precision Genomics (PG) program at the IU Health Simon Cancer Center (IUSCC). Partnering with the existing clinical pharmacist in the program, and the dozen other oncology pharmacists within IUSCC, this role will work to provide customized therapies for the patients seen within the PG program. Candidates should have a desire to grow and develop within a large teaching and research based NCI designated cancer center. The pharmacy department has a strong residency program and is affiliated with Purdue and Butler University Schools of Pharmacy and the Indiana University School of Medicine.
The position exists to provide comprehensive, safety-focused, cost-effective medication- related care for the purpose of achieving definite outcomes that improve patient's quality of life who are afflicted with cancer. The incumbent acts in collaboration with physicians and other health care professionals to be accountable for optimal drug therapy outcomes in patients with solid tumor and hematologic malignancies.

Requires current Indiana License or eligibility for Indiana licensure as a pharmacist.
Certification is required, if applicable. (e.g. BCPS)
Successful completion of an ASHP accredited PGY1 and/or PGY2 pharmacy residency may be required.
Preferred >10 years experience.
