Duties include:
- Collection and balancing of cash drawer
- Promptly and cheerfully answering and directing incoming phone calls
- Processing customer payments for vehicle purchases, repair orders, and parts invoices
- Assorted miscellaneous office tasks including filing, scanning repair orders, and vehicle stock-ins
Requirements: Must be reliable and have dependable transportation to work
- Ability to balance cash drawer in an accurate and timely fashion
- Excellent customer service skills
- Have a neat and professional appearance
Previous retail customer service experience is a definite plus. Ability to work hours outside of regular schedule to fill in as needed also a definite plus. Job Type: Evening part time hours and Saturdays
