We are seeking a Registered Nurse to:
Become a member of an innovative care team at a critical point in a patient’s care.
Bring your experience and expertise to help impact and drive the team to improve processes and work flows.
Triage and help navigate a positive patient experience.
Minimum – Graduate School of Nursing.
Preferred – Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
Work Experience :
Minimum – One year of RN experience.
Preferred – Relevant RN experience.
Licenses and Certifications :
Minimum - Registration as a registered nurse in the state where employed or licensure in a state in the licensure compact. CPR/BLS Certification.
Preferred - Applicable clinical certification.
Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities :
Knowledge and experience documenting patient care in an electronic medical record.
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
Ability to make knowledgeable clinical assessments and judgments.
Ability to educate staff.
Ability to provide counseling and emotional support with compassion and respect for the individual.
Ability to provide support to the members of the care team (teamwork).
Must possess initiative and ability to work independently.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of medical records.
Physical Requirements :
Heavy: Ability to lift up to 100 pounds maximum with frequent lifting and/or carrying objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
100% FTE (40 hours per week). 8 hour shifts. Monday - Friday. Hours vary between 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.
