Job Summary
This position monitors the throughput of document data into client systems, performs data validation tasks, and performs data entry when required. The position requires the team member to provide technical assistance to clients via email & phone. Operating in a team environment to assure data is properly extracted from submitted documents, is properly coded, and passes validation checks in the course of automated entry into client systems.

Qualifications
  • Associates or bachelors degree
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience
  • Accounting experience a plus
  • Strong communication and client service orientation required
  • Data entry and data management skills required
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail required
  • Ability to work independently and troubleshoot required
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to concentrate for lengthy periods and perform accurately with adequate speed
  • Proficient touch typing skills
