We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in metal stud framing, installation, construction painting, carpentry, restoration, plaster, blueprint reading, water damage restoration, siding, and masonry.Responsibilities:- Manage a team of carpenters and oversee all aspects of the construction process- Read and interpret blueprints and project specifications- Install metal stud framing and drywall- Install doors, windows, and siding- Perform interior and exterior painting- Repair and restore damaged structures- Perform water damage restoration- Perform masonry workQualifications:- Minimum of 5 years of experience in carpentry or construction- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project specifications- Strong leadership skills to manage a team of carpenters- Knowledge of metal stud framing, installation, construction painting, restoration, plastering, blueprint reading, water damage restoration, siding installation, and masonry workBenefits:- Competitive salary based on experience- Health insurance optional, 500 hiring bonus (after 6 months) Paid lunches.
