This position supports the Long School of Medicine (LSOM) Dean’s Office across multiple departments and locations. This position may have oversight of various departmental initiatives such as budget development, managing and monitoring expenses and revenues in clinical and/or research operations; management of short and long term operations such as space, information technology, and inventory; oversight of research, education, revenue cycle operations and human resource activities.

Preferred Qualifications
Progressive responsibility at a managerial level, preferably within an academic medical center. Knowledge of financial analysis and possess budgetary, analytical and forecasting skills. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Must possess effective oral and written communication skills and a proven track record of forming collaborative and effective working relationships with faculty and administrative leaders. Ability to provide initiative, judgment and creativity in resolution of complex problems. Ability to apply organizational, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
