The Stadium Operations Assistant Internship starts in February 2020 and ends in September 2020. Perfect for someone who graduates in December or wants more experience on their resume in management and graduated in 2019.

The position offers the following:
Completely free housing including utilities (water, gas, electric), wifi will be on the intern
Additional $700 a month stipend for all living expenses.
Career related hands on experience with stadium operations management.
This is a fun, fast-paced internship that will add real work experience to your resume.
Additionally, you’ll gain valuable experience in the baseball industry, with a full training curriculum provided, and the opportunity to work closely with all members of the GreenJackets front office!

Learning Duties and Responsibilities:
You will learn how to manage the full stadium operationally.
You will learn how to hire and fully manage all seasonal staff and operations functions to help you solidify a full time position for your career.
You will learn how to train and direct the cleaning staff of stadium.
You will learn how to order supplies and manage a budget.
You will learn how to manage in game set-up of inflatables, equipment coordination, and monitoring the area during the game.
You will learn how to schedule and track seasonal staff hours.
You will learn how to be a number two to the Stadium Operations Director/Coordinators with game day tasks and facilities management.
Additionally, you’ll gain valuable experience, learn how to interview and develop skills most internships do not offer.

Experience Required:
Must be a graduating college senior or a graduated senior no later than May or December 2019.
We will assist with any college credit as needed.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to successfully multi-task and maintain organization.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Ability to be able to lift heavy objects and move items physically.
Problem-solving ability and skill in prioritizing.
Will need to have reliable transportation.
