Front Desk Receptionist

Kinetico of West Texas - Lubbock, TX


We are seeking Front Desk Receptionist to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.


  • Greet and assist onsite guests
  • Answer inbound telephone calls
  • Develop and implement organized filing systems
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and shipments
  • Conduct proactive customer care calls to new and existing customers according to the established follow-up schedule
  • Register all newly installed equipment for warranty coverage


  • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Minimum of High School Diploma, or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal
  • Organized, dependable, and coachable
  • Ability to take initiative
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office Suite, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $10.00 to $13.00 /hour


  • Customer Service: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Receptionist: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Office Administration: 2 years (Preferred)
