This position directs and supervises the office support staff, working in conjunction with the CEO, Director of Scheduling, Finance, Human Resources and new business development to foster the efficient flow of work in the Sales Department.

Must be advanced in Microsoft Office, have great written and oral communication skills.

Monitor the Design areas (reception, showroom, tasting room, linen room, etc.) for cleanliness and organization.

Manage the office area to ensure coffee room and supply area are clean and organized.

Works with IT and Receptionist to ensure fax and copiers work and completing any repairs when necessary.

Review, approve and order all supplies. Keeping an inventory and good organization of the supply closet.

Update Master Phone List

Manage Parking Lots and Assigned Spaces

Maintain Vacation Calendar and Out of Office Calendar for Leadership Team

Other duties as assigned.


Must have a High School Diploma

3-5 years of Office Assistant or Office Management preferred

Must have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office

Great Oral and Written Communication Skills

Ability to lead an Office with Various Departments

Ability to book travel when necessary

Good Time Management Skills

Great Organization Skills

Ability to Problem Solve and Troubleshoot issues

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $55,000.00 to $65,000.00 /year
