Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Mixologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers, creating innovative drink recipes, and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, and specialty drinks
- Interact with customers to take orders and make personalized drink recommendations
- Create unique and visually appealing drink recipes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Handle cash transactions accurately using a cash register or POS system
- Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed
Requirements
- Previous experience working as a Mixologist in a restaurant, nightclub, or catering setting
- Knowledge of basic math and retail math for accurate measurements and pricing
- Familiarity with cash register operations and POS systems
- Strong sales skills to upsell drinks and promote specials
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of customer service
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $100.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 40 per week
