Field Area Representative will inspect installations and send in-field reports.
Will be Problem Resolution Point of Contact during and after installations.
Will develop and maintain partnerships with builders and clients.
Proactively build partnerships with builders, warranty teams and customers.
Educate all customers on the materials and services provided by Allied Stone Inc.
Investigate and organize require information to solve installation issues on & off job sites.
Visit job sites to meet with clients and discuss issues and work effective to come up with cost effective solutions.
Understand sink inventory and allocation procedures and maintaining inventory replenishment numbers.
Maintain Quality Control and Inventory control of all sinks, sink supports and metal straps.
Desired Experience, Skills, & Knowledge:
High School Diploma - some college preferred.
Customer Service experience preferred
Inventory Control experience
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
