Benefit Systems, Inc. a 401 Plans Company, has been a third party administrator (TPA) for cafeteria plans in the Austin and surrounding areas for well over 20 years. Our services include medical and dependent care reimbursement, premium redirection, employee enrollment, COBRA, and on-site employee education meetings.
This is a senior job opening and requires someone with extensive understanding and knowledge about Section 125. We are NOT looking for a person that has HR experience or a prior benefits coordinator; rather this candidate will need to have prior experience working for a TPA or insurance type company.
This is a multifaceted position. It will require overseeing, as well as assisting, our junior administrator in daily operations such as claim processing and account reconciliation. It will require someone with the capabilities to further grow our book of business by recognizing service opportunities for our 125 client base as well as prospecting our 401(k) book of business administered in our corporate office.

Though not a requirement, experience with WEX Health software and bilingual/Spanish is always a plus.
