Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled HVAC & Plumbing Dispatcher to efficiently manage service calls and support our team of technicians. The ideal candidate will have experience with HVAC and plumbing dispatching, be familiar with Service Titan, and possess a background in sales. Your role will involve handling calls, dispatching technicians, managing leads, and assisting customers with their service needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently dispatch HVAC and plumbing service calls.
- Handle incoming and outgoing customer communications and follow up on leads.
- Utilize Service Titan for scheduling, tracking, and managing appointments.
- Provide assistance to customers with account-related questions and concerns.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
- Oversee multiple leads and manage various service requests effectively.
- Contribute to sales efforts through customer interactions and support.
Qualifications:
- Experience in dispatching HVAC and plumbing services is essential.
- Proficiency with Service Titan is requested; additional administrative experience is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Background in sales is advantageous.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and leads simultaneously.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
