Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and proactive Paid Ads Specialist to join the Marketing team. Managing all paid platforms and paid channels to drive new customers, increase conversions and hit targets to our perform year over year.
The Paid Ads Specialist will create strategies to better assist with creative, budgets, managing advertising channels and working with SEO writers to produce quality ads to drive sales.
In this role, you will assume a pivotal position within our organization, where your expertise, strategy and execution will significantly impact our business. Experience in the Print Marketing industry is strongly preferred or experience with a variety of industries.
Responsibilities
- Analyze daily ad performance, ad spend, and goals across all channels.
- Provide strategies for each campaign and ad groups across Google, Microsoft, Meta, Pinterest, YouTube, Amazon, Apple Ads, CTV, TikTok, and any additional social or paid channels we are active on.
- Plan out creative needed for each platform, direction and concept based on performance.
- Follow best practices across all paid channels to better execute strategies.
- Content for paid ads to ensure headlines, offers and information are accurate and best representing the brand.
- Create strategies for B2C and B2B customer bases.
- Create strategies for New Customers vs Returning
- Work to create new concepts and ideas for strategies.
- Daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, year over year reporting to measure performance.
- Facilitate campaign creation, monitor performance and optimize ads to ensure efficiency
- Partner closely with Marketing Manager and Coordinators to create and manage calendars for better continuity across all platforms.
- Work on PPC pages and concepts to grow reach and performance.
- Collaborate with social and content strategy / execution to build and continually expand reach and engagement
- Partner closely with Marketing Team to employ marketing strategies / tactics that expand beyond digital to help execute integrated marketing campaigns
- Keep up with new products and technologies.
- Partner closely with the Marketing Team on tracking all deliverables for paid vs organic
- Brainstorm with Design, Art, Social, and Marketing team on creative content and new channels for reaching our audience
- Monitor trends and new opportunities for paid and organic engagement
- Review payments/ad spend/advertising campaign budgets
- Provide invoicing to accounting for record keeping for ad accounts.
- Maintain projects and tasks across communication tools
- Creating offers, incentives and ideas for marketing projects online and offline such as tradeshows, events, networking, and outreach opportunities.
- Flexibility to perform other job-related duties as required
- Other special projects, team members and tasks as assigned as needed
- Support hiring and onboarding of various team members
Requirements
- BA/BS required in Marketing, or related fields
- 4+ years working in Marketing, Advertising, Digital Marketing, Digital Media Experience.
- Exceptional advertising and organizational skills
- Strong communications skills
- Detail and deadline oriented
- Ability to interface/communicate with all levels as well as external vendors
- Excellent teamwork and people skills
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, multi-demand work environment with excellent time management skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to build and foster relationships both internally and externally
- Proven to perform well under pressure, managing multiple priorities simultaneously
- A positive, winning approach, incorporating integrity, confidentiality, and discretion
- Must be an active problem solver, instilled with a sense of urgency for projects large and small
- Hands on and willing to put the work in to complete the tasks on given deadlines and due dates.
Technical skills:
- Advanced knowledge of Google Ads, Google Ads Editor, GA4, Microsoft Ads, Microsoft Editor, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, Bing Webmaster, Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Excel, Google Docs and Sheets, Microsoft Clarity, WordPress Platform, SEO experience of 2+ years, SEM, Basic HTML and CSS mark-up.

Pay: $40.00 - $46.00 per hour
