Delek US Holdings, Inc. is a diversified downstream energy company with assets in petroleum refining, logistics, renewable fuels and convenience store retailing. The refining assets consist of refineries operated in Tyler and Big Spring, Texas, El Dorado, Arkansas and Krotz Springs, Louisiana with a combined nameplate crude throughput capacity of 302,000 barrels per day.
The logistics operations primarily consist of Delek Logistics Partners, LP. Delek US Holdings, Inc.and its affiliates own approximately 63% (including the 2 percent general partner interest) of Delek Logistics Partners, LP. Delek Logistics Partners, LP (NYSE:DKL) is a growth-oriented master limited partnership focused on owning and operating midstream energy infrastructure assets.
The convenience store retail business is the largest 7-Eleven licensee in the United States and operates approximately 300 convenience stores in central and west Texas and New Mexico.
The Settlements Sr. Manager oversees the settlement, reconciliation and reporting functions for Delek's hydrocarbon business (refined products, renewables, crude oil, and other feed stocks). The Sr. Manager maintains knowledge and expertise on energy market settlement methodologies and applies technical and business expertise in managing daily settlement responsibilities. The Sr. Manager applies aplicable accounting standards and maintains a controlled process enviornment to ensure accuracy in recording and reporting transactions.
Directs the settlement and billing processes for all transactions for all legal entities
Ensures all settlement and billing processes are conducted under the necessary control objectives
Directs internal settlement processes with affiliated business units as outliined by transfer agreements
Oversees the posting and analyses of settlement data for monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting and closing procedures
Provide settlement expertise to other departments by becoming a subject matter expert
Provide excellent customer service support and focus for internal and external customers/vendors
Bachelors degree preferrably in Accounting,Finance or Business disciplines required
Minimum of 5 -7 years experience in a supervisor/manager role with emphasis on Accounting, Settlements, Trading, and/or Operations
Dynamic, proactive and energetic leadership style
Strong analytic and conflict resolution skills
Excellent time and people management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multi-task under pressure of deadlines
Enjoy new challenges in a rapidly growing enviornment
Demonstrate effective problem solving skills
SAP or other major ERP system experience a plus
Ability to manage high volumes and work effectively under pressure and/or through a significant change event
Build rapport and establish relationships with internal and external stakeholders using a collaborative manner to achieve desired results
