Under the supervision and guidance of the Marketing Manager, the Guest Service Representative facilitates all facets of the work and activities done through the guest service desk. This includes, but is not limited to: guest relations, bussing and promotions as described below.
Facilitate guest relations; answering questions, promoting casino events and activities, logging suggestions and complaints.
Make announcements over the PA system.
Maintain the G/S desk; restocking coupons, and other Marketing supplies.
Explain the benefits and offers associated with the Rewards Club to each guest and offer them the opportunity to enroll.
Use software to enroll new Rewards Club members, check in current members, redeem coupons, and player’s points, and update and maintain profiles.
Facilitate proper check in of bus passenger, including bus verification and dissemination of bus passes. Redeem bus pass for promotional coupons.
Facilitate all promotion activities including cash/prize drawings, winner announcements, sign ups for tournaments and educate guest of all facets of promotions.
Work special events as assigned.
Performs other duties as assigned.
High School Graduate or GED
TRAINING AND/OR EXPERIENCE :
Guest service experience preferred.
