Spherion is seeking a dedicated Post Closing Administrator (PCA) for a growing company in Sarasota, FL. This is a direct hire opportunity with a full-time, onsite Monday-Friday schedule. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Closing Advocates in obtaining titles and lien releases.
- Prepare DMV work for the closing team.
- Review DMV work received from Closing Advocates to ensure accuracy and proper completion.
- Ensure all necessary documents are available for DMV work.
- Make daily calls to banks to check the status of titles and lien releases within 5 business days.
- Assist the closing team in notarizing documents when needed.
- Print electronic titles once liens have been released via fax to the DMV.
- Drop off DMV work at the Sarasota Tax Office for processing.
- Review documents from the DMV office to ensure title work was completed correctly and prepare completion packets.
- Track and keep updated all DMV work submitted to the Sarasota Tax Office.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and/or 2+ years in sales, customer service, or operations.
- Experience and ability to download files, attach files, use Google products, and scan documents.
- Ability to work overtime when needed.
