Moxie Family Therapy, PC is currently looking for an Associate Therapist in good standing with the BBS to be a part of our therapeutic community!

Compensation
Clinical Hours: Clinical hours (ie., time spent with client)
- $40 per clinical hour for Associate (AMFT and ACSW)
Administrative Hours: Administrative hours (staff meetings, consults, trainings, etc.)
- $16 per administrative hour for associates
Requirements
- Current BBS status as Associate Marriage and Family Therapist or Associate Clinical Social Worker in the State of California
- Minimum of 20 clinical hours per week required with some weekend and evenings based on agreed upon schedule
- Available late afternoons and evenings/weekends
- Experience working with marginalized communities (ie., LGBTQ+, trauma, substance use, co-occurring disorders)
- Have a niche(s) (children, couples, trauma, EMDR, family, teens, LGBTQ+, etc.)
- Patience- as it can take a few weeks to build to a full caseload
- Candidate should be driven, collaborative, and able to functioning independently
