Dynamic Water Technologies, LLC (DWT) is seeking a Welder- Fabricator/Assembly Technician to join our team in Tempe, AZ. We cross-train employees and we need someone who has a “can do” attitude and will be able to pivot to other work areas as the need arises.

Education: High School Education
Responsibilities:
- Assist manufacturing team with welding, fabrication, and assembly of water treatment equipment
-Fabricate and weld frames, stands, fixtures, brackets, and other miscellaneous assemblies from raw materials to finished products according to blueprints and schematics.
- Assemble mechanical parts and components according to blueprints and schematics
- Minor plumbing, electrical, plastic fabrication, woodworking and painting.- Use hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, levels squares, tape measures, scales etc..
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve any mechanical issues that may arise during assembly
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient production processes
- Daily housekeeping and shop/warehouse organization duties
Skills:
- MIG Welding
-Dual Shield Flux Cored Arc Welding
-Bandsaw, handsaw, chop-saw, circular saw, grinder, Oxy-Acetylene Torch, plasma torch operation and proficiency.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of mechanical systems
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments
- Reliable, positive attitude and works well with others
- Well-organized and attention to detail
- Must be able to lift 50lbs
- Valid driver’s license required
- Forklift operation experience is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
