Tailored Brands is looking for a Project Manager to join our Social Media team within Integrated Marketing. Our team is dramatically increasing its paid social media efforts and this role will be critical to establishing the success of the team and our new programs. You should be detail oriented, super organized, a problem solver, and love using data to drive key decision making. Retail experience is a plus - we need you to help develop multiple test and learn programs across our top brands, Men’s Wearhouse and Jos. A. Bank, and get them live, measure performance, and partner with the Social Media Director to report on results with an optimization plan. Within this role, you’ll have a pulse on performance marketing and cross-functional projects, execute on go-to-market strategies, and work closely with the leads in brand marketing and integrated marketing.

Performance will be measured by the impact of the programs you launch, and your ability to refine processes that enhance productivity and work closely with a cross-functional team that includes Social Media Managers, external agency partners, our media agency, internal Creative and Merchandising teams, as well as Brand and Analytics.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead project planning by defining clear processes, timelines, measurements

Manage project roadmaps and communicate progress against key projects

Support definition and development of new programs within key content lanes

Work with external vendor partners and internal cross functional marketing teams to execute social media plans

Help to ensure quality output of all deliverables

Conduct ad hoc data analysis as needed

Monitor social media marketing data and trends to help improve efforts in the channel

Make analytical, data driven recommendations

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

3+ years’ experience in a project management role
Track record of leading and managing digital projects and experience operating with key social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, landing page development, creative development, analytics solutions)
Proven track record for improving internal processes
Experience negotiating with vendors and/or cross functional teams
Proficient in WorkFront and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Understands big picture strategy and cross-channel marketing plans
High attention to detail
Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
Proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Positive can-do attitude with strong initiative and follow through
BA / BS degree in a quantitative discipline (Statistics, Business, Economics)
Previous retail / eCommerce / merchandising experience preferred
