Your timing could not be better. We are currently searching for an exceptional, multi-talented marketing manager to elevate the ALOM brand through:

  • Content development – both visual and written to support ALOM marketing programs including video, sales tools, company website, events, and media relations
  • Hands-on drip marketing and social media campaign development


As an ALOM Marketing Manager you will be filling a highly visible role on the leading edge of business development and brand management excellence. You must be an exceptional creative communicator with the following experience and skillsets:

  • 5 years of marketing experience developing key messages, conceptualizing programs and producing a wide variety of content including creative briefs, marketing plans, social media posts/blogs, email marketing, web pages, success stories, etc.
  • An advanced level of visual communication project management and content creation experience for social media, video, digital media, print and event management.
  • It is important that you develop an in-depth understanding of the supply chain industry and gain knowledge of manufacturing processes, logistics, and global trade.
  • In this exciting and central role you will be interfacing with ALOM content experts, sales staff, marketing staff, and outside marketing services suppliers, and media contacts.

Position reports to: Director of Marketing Communication

Education required: BS/BA in Marketing, Graphic Design or related area

Key Responsibilities and Job Duties

  • Manage all aspects of assigned marketing program development and delivery; including conceptualization, planning, budget, creative approval, resource management, content design, copywriting, production, implementation, and campaign performance analytics
  • Manage marketing staff direct reports and outside suppliers
  • Support sales staff by preparing customer or sales prospect facing materials such as presentations, solution briefs, success stories, quote/proposal documentation, etc.
  • Contribute to ALOM website content, design and functionality to deliver visitors with brand enhancing experience through excellence in usability, interface design, search optimization and content delivery
  • Ensure correct brand guidelines supported in all marketing materials
  • Follow ALOM budget approval and purchasing procedures for funding campaigns and procuring materials/services from outside suppliers
  • Be highly organized and dedicated to quality, safety, and customer satisfaction
