American Century Investments seeks an Administrative Coordinator - Business Transformation to provide administrative support to the leadership team. Meticulous organizational skills and attention to detail are paramount. In addition, you will provide a positive approach to problem solving and provide intuitive solutions in a multifaceted, fast-paced environment.
Build and maintain strategic relationships with external and internal business partners to achieve shared objectives by supporting Business Transformation programs, activities and leadership including, but not limited to:
Support administrative needs including creating expense reports, calendar updates, catering arrangements, office supply and business card orders, copies/faxing and shipping as necessary
Coordinate and organize meetings, including preparing meeting materials such as agendas, presentations and taking meeting notes
Maintain appointments, including establishing appointment priorities. This may also include making travel arrangements, completing travel itineraries and expense reports
Build and maintain complex documents using a wide range of software including Microsoft Office
Handle sensitive and confidential information and possess a solid understanding of the organization and business unit
Special projects and additional duties as assigned
Outstanding interpersonal and customer relations skills including the ability to communicate with individuals at all levels in both verbal and written form
Project management experience, from inception through execution
Able to make good decisions and design solutions based upon business objectives
Ability to anticipate needs and respond appropriately, and to work independently and as member of the team
Accepts responsibility for work assignments and special projects
Adaptable to changes in a dynamic environment (re-prioritization of assignments, schedule changes, last minute requests, etc.)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, etc.)
High School Diploma/GED
Bachelor’s degree or working towards a B.A. preferred
2-4 years administrative experience
Understanding of Agile project management process
