We are seeking a detail-oriented Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks and providing exceptional customer support.
Duties
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner and directing them to the appropriate department
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail
- Maintain office supplies inventory
- Assist with data entry and file management
- Provide administrative support to executive staff as needed
- Schedule appointments, manage calendars and travel arrangements
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks
- Proven experience in office management and administrative support
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent customer service and phone etiquette
- Previous experience as a medical receptionist is a plus
- Ability to multitask and demonstrate exceptional time management skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 per week
