The Benefits Coordinator is responsible for supporting dental office administrative activities, including filing, telephone coverage, appointment scheduling, registration, and patient referrals.
Responsibilities of the Patient Care Coordinator: Organize and maintain the patient charting process, prioritizing and reviewing charts for completeness Manage the patient schedule, working cooperatively with front office and back office staff to ensure workable schedules Verify insurance coverage for the planned treatment Collect payment from patients and reconciles daily cash reports
Posting Requirements: Required Qualifications: High school diploma or GED Minimum of one year of dental front office experience Microsoft Office Suite knowledge Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of dental insurance plans, restaurant or retail experience
