Job Summary: The Elder Abuse Multidisciplinary Team Coordinator (E-MDT) is responsible for assisting the Elder Justice Manager with the creation and facilitation of the Elder Abuse Multidisciplinary Team. The Coordinator will be working with local partners to improve the collective response to older adult victims, and those at risk, of domestic/dating violence, sexual assault, stalking, financial exploitation and neglect. The Coordinator will create and maintain avenues of regular communication with MDT partners and stakeholders, collect and organize data, assist the facilitation of the MDT with administrative tasks such as distributing agendas, minutes and reports of the MDT project. This position reports to the Elder Justice Manager. Requirements: Basic professional knowledge; equivalent to a Bachelor's degree; workingknowledge of theory and practice within a specialized field. Bachelor's degree in Public Policy, Human Services, Social Work or related field; or four years related experience. 3-5 years' experience.
