The successful candidate will provide case assistance to the Home Care Case Managers by screening, routing, and responding to incoming telephone calls from consumers/providers; conduct follow-up assistance and support work on behalf of elder consumers including scheduling services for consumers, perform in-home skills training, and assist with completion of MassHealth applications; carry out a variety of office support tasks for team members such as mailings, preparing documents, and reviewing billing reports.
High school diploma or equivalent, associate’s degree in a Human Service field preferred, one year experience with telephone and general office experience required. Customer service skills and effective communication skills a must. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high volume environment. 35-hour work week, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Fluency in English and Portuguese or English and Spanish preferred.
