Diligent is looking for an undergraduate student to work with our fantastic Marketing division during the summer of 2020. You will partner with the marketing team on projects and efforts, including but not limited to event support, process-oriented projects and more. This is an exciting opportunity to gain experience working for one of the largest B2B Software-as-a-Service companies headquartered in NYC. Our company is growing fast and it is an exciting time to be part of the team!
Event support specifically around the User Conferences coming up in September
Email copy writing (e.g. customer newsletter)
Process-oriented projects such as managing our testimonial process and cleaning up our tracker
Product content around releases
Customer Satisfaction Survey assistance
Updates to product content
Assistance on roll out of new branding and new product releases
Interest in Marketing as a future career option
Must be a team player with strong attention to detail and an analytical approach
Knowledge and experience working with Salesforce is an advantage.
Strong capability in MS Excel; proficient in Word and PowerPoint.
Availability for 8 weeks from early June until mid-August
Ability to type and/or manage laptop or personal computer keyboard for the purpose of internal and external electronic communication.
Ability to see and hear and communicate verbally
Ability to understand, remember and apply oral and/or written instructions or other information
Ability to understand complex problems and to collaborate and explore alternative solutions
Ability to make decisions which have moderate to significant impact on the immediate team and division and stakeholders/colleagues and be able to monitor that impact
