As the VP of Insurance at Clearlink, you will directly and indirectly lead a team of over 100 professionals who are responsible for the success of our insurance division. You will have full responsibility over all Insurance KPIs and be tasked with growing the revenue and profit of the division on a regular basis.

In order to succeed, you must thrive in a complex, fast-paced environment. It will be important to reinforce, and continuously evolve, the amazing culture we've built over the past several years while simultaneously building upon the processes and structures that already exist within the team.

You'll also need knowledge of digital marketing and sales with experience leading large, cross-functional teams. You should have demonstrated success in standing up new business channels and initiatives in past roles.

  • Create annual and quarterly plans to achieve business targets
  • Foster new business channel exploration and development by working closely with channel specialists, implementing tests and scaling tactics across the division
  • Make continued improvements (both speed and quality) to existing insurance processes
  • Manage the P&L for the insurance division
  • Collaborate with finance and data science to ensure accurate revenue & profit attributions for each of the web properties & channels
  • Understand and manage to key drivers of profitability, while maintaining long term growth
  • Provide transparency to the executive team and organization by delivering regular reporting and updates
  • Support new client pitches and onboarding with expertise, case studies, etc
  • Manage executive level client relationships
  • Strong business acumen
