Ensure the input programming on the Deluxe Image RPS System and ancillary modules are developed timely, efficiently and within customer specifications to meet the Department productivity, quality, and exceptional customer service standards.
Develop/design input programs using custom software tools and testing schedules to meet customer specifications and targeted deadlines.
Perform maintenance on customer software to support changes as required.
Support Cash Management/Sales by establishing priorities to meet new business implementations and existing Lockbox customer processing change deadlines.
Recognize and communicate potential workflow design enhancements to meet department efficiency and quality goals.
Maintain clear, concise documentation adhering to Bank and Audit requirements.
Support Lead Programmers in development, testing, and research. Develop a general knowledge of the Foxpro/.Net Output Programming in order to ensure the input design will be compatible with the Foxpro output requirements.
Monitor and maintain image archive imports for reasonableness.
Monitor and/or ensure compliance with Federal and State laws and regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act and Anti-Money Laundering, in addition to, Bank operation policies and procedures.
Support Operations with day-to-day system issues. Follow thru with Deluxe Client Support for resolutions.
Keep informed of and participate in installation of system enhancements and upgrades. Analyze enhancements/upgrades for potential negative impacts or opportunities for improvements.
Perform other functions as assigned.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Visual Foxpro, SQL, Transmission Scripting Languages, and progress.
Strong PC, technical skills and prior systems knowledge.
Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to learn and comprehend at a fast pace. Excellent organizational, communication, problem resolution skills.
