Regional Account Executive Summary:
We are seeking a full-time Regional Account Executive to be responsible for managing and growing our client base within a specific geographic area. As a Regional Account Executive you will conduct data analysis of sales performance, identifying business opportunities that would generate revenue resources, and evaluating current market trends to address consumer and public demands. You will work closely with existing clients, identify new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth.
Compensation Structure:
- Base Salary, plus commission against closes.
- No commission cap, the sky is the limit!
Position Description:
- Consultative Selling Method.
- Requires motivation and hard work.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- The ability and willingness to travel within your assigned region as needed.
- Attend and network at business events.
- Work collaboratively with the internal team to find solutions to challenges.
- Ability to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling IT services.
- Identify new business opportunities within our existing client accounts.
- Working from our Brandon, Florida Office when not traveling to client locations.
- Will use our own proprietary ChetuRM.
Requirements:
- Hunting, Farming to Close
- Proficiency in technology and software is required.
- Motivation, strong work ethic and eagerness to learn new concepts.
- Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and Zoom
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Must be outgoing, quick thinker and comfortable connecting with all Level Executives
- Quick learner, self-directed, and eager to grow professionally.
- Professional Work Experience required: 4-7 years.
