Project Description:
Partner closely with Supply Chain Planning team, to align on demand forecast, avoid inventory shortages and mitigate customer fraud.
Establish a clear and effective relationship with the Customer Support Team to follow up on Inventory Management and Backorders resolution.
Create and maintain right metrics, reports, process documentation, and deliver training to team.
Analyze patterns and trends in data and help drive continuous process improvements.
Coordinate the move and replenishment of goods to ensure healthy inventory levels.
Troubleshoot issues related to Transportation, Logistics systems (EDI), Imports or Exports, or Customer escalations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (internal/external) to ensure customer needs are fully covered.
Define, streamline, document new processes and then transition them to the offshore team.
Conduct root cause analyses and communicate improvements and recommendations
This is a very dynamic, fast-paced, and non-transactional role. Candidate should be able to learn on the go and require minimal hand holding during the ramp-up period

Required Skills:
Degree in Information Management Systems, Business or Engineering
SQL basics- 1-2 yrs exp
Strong Excel Skills >2yrs exp
Excellent Oral/Written Communication and Stakeholder management Skills
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to multitask and handle ambiguity
Aptitude to learn from and contribute to the business
Methodological approach to solving business problems
Proficiency at querying, report writing and presenting findings
Understanding of Demand Planning, Inventory Management, Operations and Order Management.

Preferred Skills:
Ability to analyze an enormous amount of complex data, and deliver meaningful conclusions that can be turned into actionable decisions
Reverse Logistics and Operations Management experience a great plus.
Excellent project management skills with demonstrated ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and juggle ever-changing priorities and deadlines.
Work independently on multiple tasks and projects
