As a Wireless Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our client's customers, assisting them with their wireless service needs. You will handle in-person inquiries, resolve issues, and provide valuable information about our products and services. Your goal is to ensure a positive customer experience and build long-lasting relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Dealing with customers regarding their wireless accounts.
- Assist customers with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with their wireless devices and services.
- Provide information on wireless plans, features, and promotions.
- Process orders, activations, and account updates accurately and efficiently.
- Handle billing inquiries, payments, and adjustments.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Educate customers on self-service options and digital tools to enhance their experience.
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest wireless technology and product offerings.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the wireless or telecommunications industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in telecommunications is a plus.
