The Legal Hold Analyst will support the Global Preservation Services’ Legal Hold Solutions team by providing technical consulting and performing core functions for the implementation of Relativity Legal Hold (RLH) and legacy data migration. This role will be responsible for creating workspaces in RLH, and overseeing HR data file integration and testing, mailbox testing for communication protocols, and legal hold data migration for clients migrating from a legacy system to RLH. The Analyst should demonstrate the ability to assess and evaluate client goals and objectives, design recommendations that provide high impact in the short and long term for the team. This is a client facing position which involves understanding a client’s current technology systems, including HR, reporting processes, and email systems, and interfacing with client IT and HR teams to effectively communicate requirements for a successful implementation and data migration.
RLH enables clients to create legal hold communications, assign custodians, and send and track legal hold notices in a seamless process. Users can customize their dashboards to manage projects and generate automated reporting on a scheduled basis. With enterprise system integration, we are able to connect RLH to O365 for preservation holds, and HR systems for daily updates on custodians’ employment status and track changes to ensure defensibility in preservation practices.
