Our Analysts join us from a wide range of backgrounds and make an immediate impact working as part of a team committed to developing creative insights, implementing processes, and driving tangible results. We provide access to the training and coaching you need while you work independently or in group settings to get hands on experience in building effective relationships and creating solutions for our clients. As an Analyst, you’ll work across a wide range of clients and projects which vary in length and size. In addition to client work, you’ll also get a chance to participate in various team culture initiatives and social events.
You will work across a full breadth of our engagement continuum to support digital transformation initiatives for our clients. This work includes implementing ‘Modern Finance’ technology solutions across a large range of clients, in all industries. Whether assisting with shorter term assessments or longer term implementations and support, the ideal candidate will already have experience with Financial Close/Consolidation and Financial Reporting, and will also be interested in expanding their skillsets into the larger Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) space, including innovative areas such as Robotics Process Automation (RPA).
- Strong performance in your degree of choice (finance, or accounting preferred)
- 1-2 years of experience in the administration and maintenance of financial systems (Oracle EPM suite is preferred).
- Experience with project management and/or software package implementation process
- Functional knowledge of Financial Close, Planning, Forecasting, Financial Analytics, and/or Accounting processes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills in working with clients and co-workers
- Strong client management skills
- Willingness to travel up to 80%
- Location is flexible (West Coast preferred)
- U.S. work authorization is required
