As part of the Google Hardware, Global Product Partnerships team, you’ll be working closely with product and engineering counterparts to provide feedback on product strategy. You’ll also work with complex strategic partnerships for Google Hardware products (Pixel phones, Google Home, Chromecast, Google Wifi, Pixelbook, etc.). Your role will be to build the ecosystem by negotiating technology and content partnerships, while driving new product incubation and exploratory efforts. You should be action-oriented and organized, and well versed in a broad range of technologies. You can spot opportunities, evaluate inbound inquiries, build partnerships, collaborate with many internal functional groups globally, and consult on business agreements.
As a member of the Product Partnerships team, you develop new product initiatives with our Product, Engineering, Marketing and Sales teams. You're a true thought leader who can find, digest and share industry trends and key influencers. You open doors with potential partners, chat with them about their businesses and present these opportunities to their senior leaders.

Lead exploratory discussions with potential content partners and structure partnership agreements.
Evaluate opportunities and present recommendations to the Management team.
Communicate and collaborate with a broad range of constituents (Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Legal and external executives).
Build, maintain and evolve relationships with third parties, working directly with some partners and through “one-to-many” models to reach large partner ecosystems.
Develop product plans with technical stakeholders, taking into consideration how Google can best collaborate with relevant partner ecosystems.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of relevant experience.
2 years of direct client/partner sales or business development experience.
Experience in hardware, digital media or entertainment.
High level of comfort escalating and presenting key agreements to Google senior management when appropriate; solution-oriented.
Self-motivated and comfortable operating in a rapidly changing industry.
Excellent communication skills to formulate and articulate technical, financial and value points with partners and internal Google teams.
